BraveWork Labs is a growing collection of evidence-informed educational resources — practical tools, worksheets, and self-guided learning to help you better understand sleep, behaviour change, and mental well-being.
Empowering knowledge, not a substitute for individualized care.
About
BraveWork Labs is the educational resource hub of BraveWork Psychotherapy. It offers practical, evidence-based information and tools grounded in psychological research and behavioural science — designed to help people better understand sleep, habits, and mental well-being.
The library brings together clinician-created worksheets, self-guided learning, and educational reading on topics people frequently want to explore before deciding whether one-on-one therapy is right for them. Nothing here replaces individualized assessment or treatment. The intent is to make well-established, non-commercial information more accessible — the kind of material clinicians often wish they could hand every patient at the end of a session.
The long-term vision is to build one of Canada's largest free collections of behaviour-change resources: honest, practical, and clinician-reviewed. New materials are added over time as they're developed.
If, along the way, self-guided resources aren't enough, BraveWork Psychotherapy offers integrative, trauma-informed care — including the CBT-I Intensive for chronic insomnia and the Substance Use Intensive for adults working to change their relationship with substances.
